Capgemini will acquire RXP Services, a digital, data and cloud IT consulting company with expertise in Microsoft, Salesforce and ServiceNow. The value of this transaction is approximately US$70 million.

For the fiscal year ending in June 2020, RXP Services’ revenue was approximately US$93 million. The business has 550 employees in Australia. The company is headquartered in Melbourne and has branches in Sydney, Canberra and Hobart. In addition, RXP Services also owns a brand, design and customer experience agency called “The Works”.

At the same time, Capgemini has offices in Sydney, Melbourne, Canberra, Brisbane, Perth, Auckland and Wellington. The company’s local services include strategy and transformation, applications and technology, and operations and engineering. As part of its efforts in Australia and New Zealand, Capgemini acquired Australian MuleSoft specialist WhiteSky Labs.

The transaction is expected to be completed in early 2021 and is subject to shareholder approval of RXP Services, court approval, regulatory approval and other customary conditions.
