New York–(business wire)–Computer Design & Integration LLC (CDI) today announced that it has acquired SecOps Partners is a specialist ServiceNow security operations and integrated risk management (IRM) services company. Financial terms of the private transaction were not disclosed.
CDI continues its aggressive growth in digital transformation with this latest acquisition, its fourth of 2021. The addition of SecOps Partners will expand CDI’s Digital Service Now and security strategies, focusing on SecOps and GRC. Based in Rochester, NY, SecOps Partners was founded in 2017 and is known for its work with high-profile clients handling vulnerability management, sustainable risk management, security consulting and incident response.
