Process mining experts become Service Now partners to develop common solutions.

This partnership will bring together low-code workflow platforms (work process) Real-time process execution capabilities from ServiceNow to Celonis’ execution management system (EMS). The joint solution is expected to be launched in the first half of 2022. ServiceNow and Celonis have agreed in principle to form a strategic market alliance, including mutual investment, joint development commitments, and marketing and sales.
