summary

Responsible for designing, developing and implementing software solutions that meet business needs.

Deal with more complex and ill-defined software projects under limited supervision. Fully understand the established principles and best practices of system software development to analyze complex issues. Update or modify the working method in its own role/work area without a defined procedure.

The chief software engineer should have a high level of knowledge of domain technology, platform and system software development principles, and best practices to solve problems independently and make major changes to existing processes/systems.

  • Modify existing software to correct errors, adapt to new hardware, upgrade interfaces and improve performance.
  • Develop and guide the software system testing and verification process.
  • Lead software programming and technical documentation development
  • Consult business on project status, suggestions, technical issues, software design and maintenance.
  • Analyze information to determine, recommend and plan the installation of new systems and modifications to existing systems
  • By ensuring the availability of all tools and fulfilling customer requests, working independently with assistants/software engineers, maintaining support and maintenance with the products the team is responsible for
  • Actively participate in agile teams and ceremonies.
  • Work with other product teams to complete project activities, such as infrastructure, architecture, and database teams.
  • Decompose complex requirements into technical solutions suitable for prospective engineers/software engineers
  • Assist in the evaluation of new product tools and maintain the current level of existing tools
  • Ensure that supporting documentation is up to date and communicated to the entire team
  • Comply with regulations, PDP, change management and Internet department processes and standards to ensure that all projects are in compliance.
  • Document the software and perform related responsibilities assigned or required.
  • Actively contribute best practices to support a strong software architecture.
  • Correctly handle sensitive data in accordance with security guidelines.
  • Identify and execute opportunities to use agile/iterative/lean processes to deliver projects faster.
  • Incorporate and support new technologies/frameworks to support our continuous integration work.
  • Collect requirements and establish an automated/monitoring workflow to eliminate manual work and ensure the availability of all applications
  • Actively participate in continuous career development plans

Minimum qualification

  • Bachelor of Information Technology or Mathematics
  • More than 2 years of software engineering experience
  • Instead of education, with 4 years of software engineering experience

Priority qualification

  • 4 years of ServiceNow development experience, including application UI, workflow, notification, SLA and service catalog forms
  • Experience in the design, development, deployment and maintenance of secure integration using REST, JSON, XML, HTTP, SOAP, OAuth, OpenID Connect, and Postman
  • Experience in IT integration services and reporting tools.
  • Ability to use JavaScript (MVC: Angular, React, Vue), Angular JS, .NET, HTML or other languages ​​to build or modify scripts as needed
  • RDBMS experience: MySQL/MariaDB, Postgres
  • Excellent analysis and problem solving skills
  • Advanced oral, written and lecture communication, including the ability to present technical information in a way that is understood by non-technical audiences
  • Requires experience with multiple ServiceNow platform products
  • Experience in agile delivery methods
  • Experience in ITIL methodology
