Last year, ServiceNow said it was providing Teams integration for its IT Service Management (ITSM) solution, which aims to provide enhanced communications for IT and customer support.

Park Place Technologies launches uptime partner program

Park Place Technologies provides data center maintenance from multiple vendors as a managed service, and the company has launched a new uptime partner program. The plan includes a new partner portal that will provide administrators with a unified view of operational information. Channel partners can now register for transactions through the new portal. The portal also provides access to on-demand marketing assets, prompted videos, and dashboards to measure KPIs. As for the new plan, it consists of three levels: platinum, gold and authorized partners. Park Place also launched its first partner specialization course. Network management expert partners provide certifications for those trained in Park Place’s Entuity and Parkview network monitoring and management tools. The certification also allows partners to provide co-branded services through these tools.
