Conversationa new Irish ServiceNow technology consultancy firm, has agreed a €2m deal with Ergothe IT services firm.
Konversational said it will provide Ergo with ServiceNow’s service provider-specific customer workflow solution, Technology Provider Service Management.
Konversational is a key partner of ServiceNow, a global software company that provides cloud-based services for digital transformation.
Founded in 2020 by a team of ServiceNow industry veterans, Konversational has a primary focus on customer workflow. The venture currently employs 20 people.

Ergo, which has 550 staff, said the TPSM deployment was part of a digital transformation program.
ServiceNow opened its Dublin office in 2020 and recently moved to a larger office space at 60 Dawson St.
Paul Turleysales director at ServiceNow, said its technology will allow Ergo to quickly scale customer operations, by automating processes in the front, middle and back offices.
