Joe Rogan was amazed at the convoy of trucks heading to Ottawa.

At the top of Wednesday’s edition of The Joe Rogan Experience podcast, Rogan asked his guest, former lawyer turned chef, author and Montreal native Valentine Thomas if he knew of the convoy, which was on its way to Ottawa to protest the vaccine mandate imposed on them.
“Your country is in revolt,” Rogan asked Thomas. “Do you know about this?”
Rogan was amazed at a video of dozens of trucks traveling on the highway toward the nation’s capital.
“It was a giant convoy of trucks. That seemed like some insane amount of people, ”Rogan said.
“Fifty thousand trucks heading to Ottawa to protest (Prime Minister Justin) Trudeau’s vaccination orders.”
Rogan told Thomas – who was unaware of the convoy and the protests – that all the truckers were Canadian.
“Most likely, they were all assigned to be vaccinated,” Rogan said. “They were like, ‘Hey, we don’t have contact with anyone. We’re in the truck. It’s like we’re just driving. ‘”
On Wednesday, Ottawa police estimated there could be up to 2,000 demonstrators in Ottawa to protest their opposition to the vaccine mandate. The demonstration is predicted to last several days.
