Cornerstone OnDemand, a global personnel development company, announced last week that it has integrated with ServiceNow, a digital workflow technology provider, so that users can immediately access CSOD learning tools through ServiceNow. The integration will remove the barriers to switching between platforms when learning during work, and will also allow employees or their managers to track the progress of training from any platform. In essence, this makes it easier and easier for users of both platforms to access training on demand.
