ServiceNow provides IT solutions to improve the company’s IT, HR, security and CMS. It has been at a loss in recent years. However, there is an upward trend; from a loss of US$451.8 million in 2016 to a loss of US$149 million in 2017.

Judging from the data in the fourth quarter of 2017, ServiceNow’s subscription revenue was US$497 million. This is an increase of 44% over the previous year ($344 million). This means a loss of 27 million U.S. dollars, compared with 32 million U.S. dollars in the last quarter of 2016.
