Regional sales director of emerging markets. You will lead Service AE’s team in charge of CSM business in Canada and Latin America. Key performance indicators include pipelines in the region, ACV quotas and CSM awareness shares.

What will you do in this role:

  • Coordinate with product management and product marketing to formulate key sales and go-to-market strategies and goals to establish ServiceNow as a leader in CSM service delivery
  • Provide industry expertise in the development and integration of specific market strategies and plans
  • Hire, enable and manage a CSM seller team to promote customer success and CSM value awareness
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key customers, priority customers, partners and the entire industry.
  • Closely monitor the activities of competitors and report opportunities, obstacles, challenges and red flags that may prevent ServiceNow from capturing key customer accounts
  • Become a trusted advisor to our client community
  • Reach the revenue targets specific to your region in the customer service business

In order to succeed in this position, we need people with the following conditions:

  • More than 4 years of sales management experience in CSM or similar industries
  • Experience and ability in cooperative sales/team sales and/or sales cycle from beginning to end.
  • Good track record of working with integration and implementation partners
  • Continue to meet sales KPI records
  • Have experience working with product management, product marketing and product development
  • Ability to effectively communicate ServiceNow’s value proposition and key differences with potential customers
  • A self-starter, driver and thinker out of the box
  • High enthusiasm, energy, motivation and willingness to travel frequently (about 50%)
  • The influence of executives
  • Result-oriented
  • Able to convene multiple parties to jointly promote key plans
