DXC acquires Servicenow experts TESM and Businessnow

DXC

The American automation company DXC Technology has acquired two of Servicenow’s partners: TESM in the UK, which operates internationally, and Businessnow in Denmark, which is active in Scandinavia. DXC thus strengthened its Servicenow practice globally and in Europe.

According to DXC, the demand for Servicenow services in the software-as-a-service (SaaS) market continues to grow by large enterprises. The two parties will jointly provide customers with cloud-based solutions that go beyond their service management (ITSM), covering the entire enterprise from risk management and compliance to human capital management. This involves company-wide service management, besides it also includes business operations, customer service, human resources and security.

TESM was established in 2013 by many experienced service management experts, working with about 200 Servicenow experts. It is headquartered in London and has offices in New York, Dublin, Rotterdam, Frankfurt and Sydney. TESM mainly treats banks and pharmaceutical groups as customers.

Businessnow was established in 2014 and provides advice, implementation and training in the Scandinavian Servicenow field. At first, there were more than 60 people working in Danish company.

DXC acquired Fruition Partners in 2015, thereby expanding its global Servicenow business. In October last year, IT Group purchased ICT service provider and service partner Logicalis SMC from Rijswijk. This is integrated into the results. Now, about 700 people are active in the Servicenow service of the department.
