Currently, our number one priority is the care of our colleagues in the region. Our dedicated DXC team works around the clock to provide housing, financial assistance, health care, and relocation support to our colleagues and their families.
Based on the aggression from the Russian Government, we are no longer continuing business in Russia and have promised to leave this market. We have about 4,000 colleagues in Russia and support them in this time of need. We continue to support and maintain strict compliance with all appropriate sanctions imposed against Russia.
Consistent with our “People First” strategy, DXC matches employee donations to Red Cross humanitarian efforts by 200% which includes providing direct financial support to our affected colleagues. We care for all our people regardless of their nationality or country of origin.
