Dynatrace and ServiceNow collaborate to improve Cloud AIOps

Software intelligence company Dynatrace announced the enhanced two-way automatic integration between the Dynatrace software intelligence platform and the ServiceNow platform.

Through precise topology and service mapping for dynamic multi-cloud environments, joint customers can improve efficiency through intelligent automation, and reduce the risk of interruption through predictive problem identification and automatic repair, so that the BizDevOps team has more time to innovate and accelerate digital transformation .

By combining the automatic and intelligent observability of Dynatrace with the intelligent automation capabilities of the ServiceNow platform, customers and partners can accelerate the speed of autonomous cloud operations.
