Espressive, an artificial intelligence (AI) provider for enterprise service management (ESM), offers integration with leading HR systems such as Workday, SuccessFactors, and BambooHR. This step gives employees a place to go for immediate, personalized answers to all their HR -related questions and issues, according to the vendor.

The Espressive AI-based Virtual Support Agent, Barista, understands thousands of employee phrases in the 100 most common Workday questions with use cases covering everything from onboarding to managing requests and invoice at break time.

The Barista can assist employees by enabling access to Workday information, such as PTO days and timecard information, using their natural language.

Barista also updates Workday information in real time on a wide range of use cases such as managing PTO, finding employee data, and facilitating employee onboarding.
