Fujitsu acquired ServiceNow specialist Enable Professional Services

Fujitsu Australia and Fujitsu Limited have announced acquisition plans for the Asia-Pacific region’s largest independent ServiceNow-specialist, Enable Professional Services.

Prior to this, Fujitsu Australia acquired the data and AI-consultancy, Versor, and Microsoft-specialist, oobe.

According to the company, Enable Professional Services will function as a stand-alone Fujitsu company for the foreseeable future, under the continued leadership of Bruce Hara. It will be rebranded to Enable, a Fujitsu company.

By acquiring Enable Professional Services, Fujitsu is committed to gaining the expertise and experience to deliver ServiceNow consulting, consulting, and delivery services for customers throughout the region.

Fujitsu’s portfolio transformation directly supports the company’s ServiceNow capabilities and digital transformation specialist skills and will strengthen future offerings for Business Applications, one of seven Key Focus Areas (KFA) under the new global Fujitsu’s Uvance business brand.

Enable Professional Services currently operates in Australia, Singapore, Hong Kong, the Philippines, and India.
