According to a statement from Lander & Rogers, Fujitsu’s acquisition of Enable Professional Services was conducted through a competitive bidding process and comes as the company looks to accelerate its growth ambitions.
This latest acquisition comes after Fujitsu acquired data and AI consultancy Versor and Microsoft-specialist oobe.
Under the deal, Enable Professional Services will continue to operate as a standalone Fujitsu company in Australia, Singapore, Hong Kong, the Philippines and India.
