Fujitsu announced the acquisition of Symfoni ESM. The transaction includes four Symfoni companies: Symfoni Finland OY, Symfoni Software Norge AS, Symfoni Software Belgium bvba and Symfoni Software Dutch (collectively referred to as “Symfoni ESM”). This acquisition will make Fujitsu Services Holdings PLC one of the largest ServiceNow application providers in Europe. The acquisition doubled Fujitsu’s ability to consult, implement and provide enterprise service management software as a service (SaaS) and managed services to enterprises. This acquisition highlights Fujitsu’s ambition to expand its digital business.
Expand the scope of services
The acquisition of Symfoni ESM enables Fujitsu to significantly expand its service offerings around ServiceNow SaaS consulting, service desk, IT service management (ITSM) and customer service management. Symfoni ESM’s employees in Norway, Finland, Belgium and the Netherlands will work with Fujitsu’s existing ServiceNow SaaS team, which already has 150 employees in the UK, Belgium and global delivery centers.
