Through this investment, both companies have set their sights on becoming ServiceNow (NYSE:NOW) Global Elite partners. Transact Capital Partners LLC acted as exclusive financial advisor to GlideFast and Pharicode. Citizens Bank acted as financial advisor to BV.

Within three years, GlideFast Consulting has become a partner of ServiceNow Elite and is ranked 341st in the Inc. 5000 list of America’s fastest growing companies in 2020. Pharicode became a partner of ServiceNow Elite in 2020.

A board of directors will be formed to advise the two companies, and Chris Michalak will join the board.
