Private equity firm Godspeed Capital Management has acquired professional services company Savli Group for an undisclosed amount.
The Woodbine, Maryland -based Savli Group was founded in 1996 and provides ServiceNow software and information technology automation platforms to the Intelligence Community, defense and other federal agencies as an Elite Partner, the companies said in a joint release published on Friday.
Godspeed Capital will combine Savli with its portfolio companies Exceptional Software Strategies and Varen Technologies to be part of a recently established platform holding company dedicated to delivering cyber and technology offerings to defense and intelligence customers. agency.
