HHS Awards ICF $33 Million Digital Modernization Contract

Company Optimizes Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services Platforms to Improve Operations and End-user Experience

FAIRFAX, Va., August 2, 2022 /PRNewswire/ — The US Department of Health and Human Services’ Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) recently selected global consulting and digital services provider ICF (NASDAQ:ICFI) for a $33 million recompete contract to provide digital modernization services in its Office of Information Technology. The contract has a term of four years, including a base year and three one-year options.

ICF will bring its extensive experience in modernizing business services with ServiceNow to help CMS improve mission delivery through greater operational efficiency, increased staff productivity and an improved end-to-end experience -user. In carrying out this work, ICF will continue to implement the roadmap the company helped create, in collaboration with CMS stakeholders, to support ongoing optimization of the platform and improve service delivery.
