IBM and ServiceNow integration tools

IBM

IBM’s Watson software will be integrated with ServiceNow’s operational visibility and service management tools. Watson software aims to automate IT operations through AI. Integration will help automate more enterprise services. The two companies first collaborated in 2011 and later expanded their service scope in 2018.

ServiceNow and IBM plan to launch software that uses IT service management (ServiceNow) historical event data to train the Watson AIOps algorithm. They intend to allow enterprises to use the platform and understand the IT environment so that they can detect anomalies more easily and quickly. The integration will help customers support the IT infrastructure required for digital transformation.
