Global consulting and digital services provider ICF has been awarded a US Department of Homeland Security (DHS) indefinite-delivery, indefinite-quantity (IDIQ) contract to enhance Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) technology.

“For more than 20 years, ICF has been a trusted partner to DHS, supporting the agency through numerous engagements on mission-critical technology,”
ICF Public Sector Executive Vice President Mark Lee said. “We bring a deep bench of expertise in executing multi-platform, multi-stakeholder engagements to support the agency through this new vehicle—our first platform-centric prime contract with DHS. We look forward to working with the agency to enable rapid, mission-focused solutions that advance digital modernization efforts across the enterprise.”

The five-year IDIQ carries a maximum value of $340 million in four domain areas awarded, adding ICF is eligible to compete as one of two prime contractors in the platform-as-a-service (PaaS) domain.

The scope of work, according to the agreement, involves ICF using platform solutions that include Salesforce, ServiceNow, Microsoft Dynamics, and Microsoft PowerApps to automate workflows and improve user experience.

According to ICF, the company combines public sector domain expertise with an ecosystem of platform partners and digital skills to accelerate the color delivery of scalable solutions that achieve clients’ mission outcomes and a step change in productivity.
