ICF wins $33M HHS Digital Modernization Contract

The Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services has awarded ICF a $33 million recompete contract to provide digital modernization services in its Office of Information Technology.

The contract has a term of four years, including a 1-year base and three 1-year options.

“ICF has worked with CMS since 2018 to transform multiple agency systems to improve employee engagement, increase the speed and efficiency of delivery of modern services, and improve forecasting and reporting capabilities. enterprise,” said Mark Lee, ICF executive vice president and head of the public sector.

Leveraging its ServiceNow experience, ICF will help CMS improve mission delivery through greater operational efficiency, increased staff productivity and improved end-user experience.

In carrying out this work, ICF will continue to implement the roadmap the company helped create, in collaboration with CMS stakeholders, to support ongoing optimization of the platform and improve service delivery.
