Bangalore: IT services giant Infosys announced on Tuesday that it has partnered with digital workflow company ServiceNow to provide enterprise-level service management for manufacturing customers. Through this cooperation, Infosys will use its industry cloud blueprint (part of Infosys Cobalt) and deploy ServiceNow Operational Technology Management (OTM) to support the digitization of factories, workshops and factory operations in the manufacturing industry.
Infosys, based in Bangalore, said in a statement that Infosys will use its Enterprise Service Management (ESM) Cafe and ServiceNow OTM built on the Now platform to improve the flexibility and availability of key OT systems throughout the manufacturing sector.
“This cooperation will also be extended to meet the OTM, factory and operational digital needs of customers in the CPG, energy and retail industries,” it said.
