The 2020 knowledge contest started this week, with more than 600 hours of dialogue and experience distributed in six weeks of digital programming.

All these contents focus on the power of ServiceNow workflow in accelerating digital transformation, thus ushering in a new era of employee and customer experience in the post-COVID era.

Plan some enlightening meetings-some of our Nordic customers have the most outstanding experience.

For example, the City of Copenhagen will demonstrate at a conference how to successfully achieve efficiency improvements, in which IT costs have been reduced by 30%, while still providing a large number of services to more than 45,000 users.

The DNB ASA team will have an in-depth understanding of how they use ServiceNow’s Auditable DevOps solution to continue to develop their digital services. This satisfies the customer’s continuous demand for new and improved services.

Leo Pharma will focus on a project dedicated to providing a brand new global HR platform for all 6,000 employees. In this magnificent project that only takes three months to complete, the ServiceNow platform has undertaken all the complexities behind the delivery of human resources services, providing employees with more meaningful work experience.
