KPMG and ServiceNow expand cooperation to the Netherlands

The international cooperation between KPMG and ServiceNow has been extended to the Netherlands. The four major accounting firms and consulting companies, as well as leading providers of cloud-based automation solutions for IT departments, will jointly bring smart solutions to the Dutch market.

In 2012, KPMG International and ServiceNow established a strategic partnership. By bundling their service products, the two companies hope to help organizations automate and transform their IT departments. ServiceNow’s software solutions are designed to automate the IT operations of large companies and are completely cloud-based. Through this proposition, ServiceNow can solve the company’s problems with its expensive and inefficient legacy IT system.KPMG Has been added to the service provider’s ecosystem to help organizations successfully implement cloud-based solutions.

In 2014, software vendors and the Big Four expanded their partnerships by opening an innovation center in Denver, Colorado. In the Joint Innovation Center, KPMG and ServiceNow help customers transform their shared service systems through the ServiceNow service automation platform. The ServiceNow platform enables IT departments to gain insight into the level of service they provide. This allows IT organizations to use knowledge, time and budget more specifically, and determine the impact of events, changes, and projects in advance.

Since the beginning of the cooperation, KPMG has developed into one of ServiceNow’s largest and most important implementation partners. The accounting and consulting organization has more than 550 service management experts and more than 250 ServiceNow implementation experts worldwide.

KPMG Netherlands and ServiceNow

In 2013, ServiceNow and KPMG (KPMG) collaborated with Paphos Group to launch the ServiceNow platform in the Dutch market. After years of successful cooperation, the two parties decided to further formalize their cooperation in the Dutch market into a strategic cooperation. The new collaboration aims to introduce smart business and automation solutions to the Dutch market, and will focus on the automation and integration of non-consolidated IT processes within companies that want to work more efficiently.

The alliance between the cloud service provider and KPMG’s IT consulting department means that KPMG will share its extensive market experience and domain-specific knowledge with ServiceNow. For customers, KPMG will recommend ServiceNow as IT Service Management (ITSM), IT Operation Management (ITOM), Global Business System (GBS), Security Operations (SecOps) and Governance Risk and Compliance (GRC) solutions The most important supplier. In turn, KPMG (KPMG) will acquire ServiceNow technology, and KPMG (KPMG) will market to customers as a strategic partner for transformation services.
