Liquidware obtains ServiceNow application certification

ServiceNow certification is only awarded to apps available in the store, indicating that Stratusphere UX has successfully completed a set of defined tests for Now Platform security, compatibility, performance and integration interoperability. The certification also enables mutual customers and partners to easily integrate detailed Stratusphere UX (user experience) workspace metrics directly into ServiceNow’s industry-leading interface, ensuring that the best use of Stratusphere UX and ServiceNow’s design and implementation Best practice.

Qualified Liquidware partners now offer Stratusphere UX integration kits for ServiceNow. This kit provides ServiceNow customers with an intuitive way to truly integrate the rich user experience data of Stratusphere UX directly into ServiceNow. Customers using the integrated suite can also easily customize their ServiceNow experience to include Stratusphere UX data unique to their operations, thereby providing important information technology service management (ITSM) advantages and return on investment.
