Infosys Announced with Serve immediately, A digital workflow company that makes work better for people and provides enterprise-level service management for manufacturing customers. Through this cooperation, Infosys will use its industry cloud blueprint (part of Infosys Cobalt) and deploy ServiceNow Operational Technology Management (OTM) to support the digitization of factories, workshops and factory operations in the manufacturing industry.
As part of this cooperation, Infosys will use its Enterprise Service Management (ESM) Café and ServiceNow OTM based on the Now platform to help improve the flexibility and availability of key OT systems throughout the manufacturing sector. This cooperation will also be extended to meet the OTM, factory and operation digital needs of customers in the CPG, energy and retail industries.
