Fredrik Jacobsson, CEO of Verano Springstep.

-We will soon discover that for a successful merger, we have shared many important things with TCP, such as strategy, values, perceptions of employees and customers, and fun along the way. When talking about the acquisition, Fredrik Jacobsson, CEO of Verano Springstep, said that it is very encouraging to be a member of The Cloud People, which will also expand the range of cloud products.

-Google Cloud complements our services. Being able to provide the two fastest growing cloud platforms on the market further strengthens our position and provides us with exciting opportunities.

Therefore, the Norwegian private equity fund Longship Capital stepped in. According to TCP, this is an amount of three million yuan, which will be used for the expansion of the Nordic market, which focuses mainly on services around Servicenow and Google Cloud Platform. Another part of the investment is a collaboration with Newcastle consulting firm Whyaye.

-We now have the funds to implement our major growth plans, whether organically or through acquisitions. The Cloud People CEO and Chairman of the Board of Directors Bjørn Jarl said that the goal is to become a leading partner in Google Cloud and Servicenow in Northern Europe within three to four years.
