The acquisition boom for NTT Data Services continues, which the company calls “the world’s largest pure business” ServiceNow consulting partner, headquartered in Boston-based Acorio.

In the past year, the Global Services Division of Plano, Texas, headquartered in NTT, Japan, acquired AWS Premier consulting partners Flux7, Cognosante Consulting, and NETE, which provide consulting services to the US Department of Health and Human Services.

The financial terms of the Acorio acquisition were not disclosed.
Acorio has approximately 250 employees and is dedicated to selling ServiceNow to its Fortune 500 and Global 2000 customers. It has 9 regional centers in the United States and international offices in Spain and Australia. Acorio is an excellent partner of ServiceNow, and was named the 2020 Americas Industry Solution Partner of the Year by ServiceNow.
NTT Data Services is also a partner of ServiceNow Elite and hopes to increase the scale and scope of its ServiceNow strategy to help customers realize automated and intelligent digital workflows.
