Purchase of Own Securities and Total Voting Rights
Octopus Apollo VCT plc (the “Company”) announced that on 13 October 2022 the Company purchased for cancellation 3,283,146 ordinary shares of 0.1p each at a price of 49.3583p per share.
Following this transaction, the issued share capital and total voting rights of the Company will be 580,860,968 ordinary shares. This figure can be used by shareholders as a denominator for calculations to determine whether they are required to disclose their interest in, or change in their interest in, the Company under the Financial Conduct Authority’s Disclosure and Transparency Rules .
