Introduced by Paycor its Developer Portal, which facilitates the transfer of data to user third-party systems and to their HR and payroll software. The Developer Portal provides APIs and resources to develop apps that sync data to their systems as a way to eliminate security, management and compliance concerns. It also provides access to real-time data and other resources.

The lever is released its release in the winter, which enhances analytics capabilities and ease of use. It offers integration with the Microsoft Team, an updated visual insights UI and additional dashboards. Lever said it already has more than 4,500 customers and added more than 100 partnerships and technology integrations in the last financial year.

Announced by ChartHop a partnership with Jobvite that will enable HR, hiring and finance leaders to improve communication with teams, increase visibility, use data and automate elements of their hiring workflows. Key features include headcount planning, recruiting capacity, data access and org chart updating.

Cloud provider in Alcor released a new applicant tracking system, TalentRun. It is an automated, self-service ATS enterprise built on the ServiceNow platform, and designed to help organizations implement automated, centralized management of their recruitment cycle. In the new release, TalentRun has been expanded to offer a variety of enhancements and features including an enhanced user experience, enhanced efficiency, interaction tracking and productivity features such as bulk import and resume parsing.

Released by Upkey a new set of online tools meant to level the playing field for job candidates who may be blocked from their desired career path. Among them is a job portal with 1 million early stage jobs, a resume builder and a job match scorer. Headquartered in Chicago, Upkey is focused on providing career resources for young professionals underserved in high school, college and the world of work.

Talespin, a computing the company focused on workforce development and mobility, raising $ 20 million in Series C funding. The rotation was led by SEEK Investments and Allomer Capital. Talespin uses immersive technology to recreate how people learn new skills and measure skill abilities.

Mystery, that’s the platform is designed to actively engage employees, announced $ 18.5 million in new funding from Greylock, with participation from Moving Capital, Endeavor, Gaingels and others. The funding will allow Mystery to continue serving customers who want active employee engagement, expand their teams and expand their offerings.

Qualifi, an on-demand screening platform, raised $ 2.5 million in seed financing. Rally Ventures led the round with participation from repeat investors Techstars, Sixty8 Capital, Elevate Ventures, Debut Capital and Flywheel Fund. Qualifi’s audio-based platform allows recruiters to screen multiple candidates simultaneously. The financing will be used to advance the product with additional artificial intelligence, machine learning and natural language processing capabilities, and expand market -going efforts.

Technology solution provider Pendo has released Pendo Adopt, a zsuite of products that helps companies better understand how employees use software in the workplace and take action to increase employee productivity.
