For this Reading company, the SAP HRIS Analyst will be a key player in the HR Services Improvement team, facilitating HRIS configuration and development. This position will report to HR Systems Manager and involve working closely with HR Services Improvement, People Analytics, and IT teams in developing and delivering our HR Data Management strategy, taking responsibility for all in. -life functionality.
The successful candidate will be responsible for the in-life management of SAP HR and ServiceNow covering solution design, development, and issue management and become a champion for the HR Services team, claiming ownership. owners of issues raised until a resolution is seen.

Profile
To apply for the role of SAP HRIS Analyst, we are looking for you to:
- Has proven experience working as a HRIS Analyst or HR Data Analyst.
- Have strong working knowledge and management experience SAP HR / HCM (essential).
- Have labor knowledge and management experience ServiceNow HR (desirable).
- Show your experience with implementation of system changes or upgrades from assembly of the requirement, to validation after implementation.
- Be highly organized and responsivewith the ability to work to tight deadlines.
- Be customer focused and has good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Have that genius troubleshoot issues and mistakes.
- Be comfortable challenging and influential new ways of working with stakeholders.
- There is Maliksi project experience.
- Have previous experience with Excel Macros and VBA; this will be an advantage.
