ServiceNow and Accenture collaborate to accelerate enterprise automation

ServiceNow

ServiceNow Inc. is working with consulting giant Accenture Plc to push its business to the enterprise. The company and Accenture established a new business group to accelerate the digital transformation and workflow of customers.

The new division is called Accenture ServiceNow Business Group and will receive “a huge investment of millions of dollars” from the two companies in the next five years. The team will work with approximately 8,500 ServiceNow experts at Accenture to provide advice to customers.

ServiceNow sells a cloud automation platform designed to help companies automate parts of their businesses that involve service delivery. It can also help companies simplify information technology operations, such as assisting employees in setting up work computers and finding network security issues. The company is a great fit for Accenture, which is one of the world’s largest professional service providers and can help large organizations implement new technology initiatives and other projects.

The two companies stated that the mission of the new Accenture ServiceNow business group is to enable organizations to iterate new processes, adopt digital workflows and provide customers and employees with more personalized experiences. The group intends to target specific vertical industries, including telecommunications, financial services, government, healthcare, life sciences and manufacturing.

ServiceNow CEO Bill McDermott (pictured) said that the partnership with Accenture will help the company accelerate its planned goals and target industries that still need to automate business processes. He said this partnership will also help it gain its platform before more industry workflows.

McDermott said: “The leaders of every organization know that their 20th century technology is too slow, too siloed, and too trapped in the status quo to meet the ever-changing digital needs of today’s employees and customers.” “There is a need for speed, agility, and flexibility.” Our partnership with ServiceNow and Accenture brings together a world-class team, expertise and our modern workflow platform to accelerate the digital transformation of every organization.”

Accenture CEO Julie Sweet’s partnership program helps companies reimagine their business operations, retrain employees, and improve sustainability.

Sweet said: “Working with ServiceNow to automate complex processes and create better experiences across the industry, we will help organizations provide greater 360-degree value, enabling everyone, their customers, employees, shareholders, partners and The community benefits.”

The team intends to specifically focus on improving work processes related to employee engagement, customer service, operations, artificial intelligence for IT operations, and security and risk.
