ServiceNow announced the establishment of a new virtual proxy interface with Citrix ITSM, promising to automatically solve the problem of virtual application and desktop reset.
With the increase of virtual infrastructure in mixed work environments, companies are trying to solve IT problems. Although chatbots are useful, many IT departments still manually handle situations involving virtual applications and desktop sessions.
According to ServiceNow, reset is one of the top five types of requests and events. Thanks to the integration, IT will be able to automatically perform reset activities in the Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops service.
