ServiceNow (NYSE: NOW), Leading digital workflow company makes work better for people, today announced that finance veteran Kevin McBride will join ServiceNow as senior vice president, corporate finance director and chief accounting officer.
McBride brings more than 25 years of financial and accounting experience to ServiceNow, including 21 years at Intel Corporation, most recently as vice president, corporate financial director and chief accounting officer.
Gina Mastantuono, Chief Financial Officer of ServiceNow, said: “Kevin brings to ServiceNow extensive experience in expanding and transforming businesses and driving innovation and rigor in financial and accounting processes. McBride currently serves as Chairman of the National Board of Financial Executives International (FEI), Vice Chairman of the FEI Corporate Reporting Committee, and a member of the Emerging Issues Working Group of the Financial Accounting Standards Committee. From 2003 to 2005, he served as a researcher at FASB for two years, responsible for researching and solving emerging practical problems. He started his career at KPMG in 1993.
McBride holds a bachelor’s degree in accounting from Oregon State University and is a certified public accountant.
