ServiceNow Appoints Gina Mastantuono as Chief Financial Officer

ServiceNow announced that Gina Mastantuono will join ServiceNow as the Chief Financial Officer on January 13, 2020. Mastantuono previously served as CFO at Ingram Micro.

“Mina is an experienced CFO in the technology industry and a very skilled global leader, perfect for ServiceNow,” said Bill McDermott, President and CEO of Service McDow and former SAP boss.

Mastantuono brings more than 20 years of financial experience to ServiceNow, including experience in cloud, IT and mobile solutions. Since 2016, she has served as the chief financial officer of Ingram Micro, an IT distributor and global technology and supply chain service provider with sales of more than US$50 billion in fiscal year 2018 and 200,000 customers worldwide. Mastantuono leads the company’s global financial organization, including financial planning and analysis, mergers and acquisitions, capital and risk management, accounting and reporting, internal audit, taxation, investor relations, and global business processes.
