Servicenow appoints Paul Smith to lead Europe, Middle East and Africa

Servicenow has appointed Paul Smith as Senior Vice President and General Manager of EMEA effective July 7, 2020. Smith is an experienced SaaS manager who will lead a region, and Servicenow said that the region has many key markets and growth opportunities for the company, and total revenue in the first quarter of 2020 will reach $1 billion.

Paul Smith joined Salesforce, worked for the company for nearly eight and a half years, and most recently served as executive vice president and general manager of the United Kingdom. Other professional radio stations include Procter & Gamble and Microsoft. “With Paul’s support in our team, we will be able to continue to develop and drive the next phase of growth. Paul’s extensive experience and outstanding track record in the region will help ensure that ServiceNow is a C-Suite executive.
