ServiceNow Expert Technical Leader-Application Manager F/M

Join TSI DG Transverses’ team of more than a dozen collaborators and become our experts in COVEA’s thriving ServiceNow solution among its entities responsible for IT.

Your mission? As a recognized and experienced expert on the ServiceNow platform, you will become the technical support staff of our agile operations team, responsible for working with publishers to ensure compliance with platform standards. You will help all people on the team define the most appropriate method to meet development and configuration needs.

And specific? You will be the following actor:

* Ensure compliance with good development practices and platform standards (must be +++ ServiceNow experts)
* Responsible for the centralization of technical documents; explain the rules to be followed, negotiate with the ServiceNow technical team, and ensure that all stakeholders abide by these rules
* Provide technical support for developers, thank you for your excellent technical knowledge of the platform
* Positioned as a support technical architect
* Participate in design seminars and implementation options
* Make sure to take into account ServiceNow patches and versions and include them in the release
* Ensure that technical observations are directly linked to the platform
* Manage HI portal (ServiceNow support and technical management of our instance)
* Intervene in the support of the HI portal and manage Covea subscribed ServiceNow instances
* Help set up automated tests
