Toledano will begin his new role in January and will report to McDermott. She brings to ServiceNow nearly 30 years of extensive leadership experience in human resources and operations for enterprises and consumer companies. Most recently, she served as chief operating officer of Keystone Strategy LLC, leading human resources, finance, IT, marketing and facilities. Previously, Toledano served as the resident executive officer of Comcast Ventures and its portfolio companies. Prior to Comcast, she served as chief personnel officer at Tesla. Prior to that, she served as chief personnel officer at Electronic Arts for more than ten years. She also served as the Chief Human Resources Officer of Siebel Systems.
