ServiceNow Japan LLC (headquarters: Minato-ku, Tokyo, President: Masashi Murase) is as follows: On August 31, 2021, Masashi Murase retired from the positions of executive officer and president on September 1, 2021. We are pleased to announce that James McCready will be appointed as President and Executive Officer.
McClidi reports to Mitch Young, President and General Manager of ServiceNow Asia Pacific Japan.

Most recently, McCreddy served as the President and Chief Executive Officer of Adobe Systems, Inc., a subsidiary of Adobe Systems, Inc. in Japan since April 2018. As the president of a Japanese company, I am responsible for everything from sales to customer support to provide innovative solutions, high-quality service and support.
Before joining Adobe, he worked at Dell EMC (formerly EMC) for more than 20 years, and in his last career served as Vice President of Asia Pacific and Japan, responsible for driving sales of sales strategies, platforms and solutions.
Before joining Dell EMC, he worked as a professional baseball player in the United States from 1991 to 1997.
He holds a Bachelor of Science and Honorary Doctorate from Bentley University in Waltham, Massachusetts.
Born on November 25, 1969. 51 years old.
