ServiceNow Japan LLC (Headquarters: Minato-ku, Tokyo, President: Masashi Murase, hereinafter referred to as ServiceNow Japan) changed its name to Mitsui & Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo, President: Kenichi Hori, hereinafter referred to as Mitsui & Co.), Ltd .) We are pleased to announce that we have provided ServiceNow’s IT Service Management (ITSM) to build a new employee portal for the company’s IT services. The employee portal was built in cooperation with Mitsui Knowledge Industries Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Minato-ku, Tokyo, President: Kengo Asano, hereinafter referred to as MKI), and it began full operation in April this year.

For enterprises, providing an environment where employees can use IT services comfortably and without pressure is one of the important efforts to support “efficiency” and productivity improvement.

ServiceNow Japan has introduced ITSM to Mitsui & Co., Ltd. and established an “employee portal” that allows you to search for manuals for all IT services. This will bring together all IT service manuals, and employees will be able to quickly resolve themselves without having to spend time searching for information needed to solve the problem or contacting the support desk.

According to a survey conducted by Gartner in 2020, ServiceNow has a 48.9% share in global experience management: IT service management market*1.
