ServiceNow, which focuses on service management, is launching four dedicated emergency applications to help companies manage the coronavirus crisis. These solutions will be provided free of charge to existing customers as well as non-customer customers before September 30.

The emergency extension solution enables companies to quickly convey important information to their employees when an emergency occurs. The solution also provides a simple response interface through which employees can self-report their health status to ensure the safety of everyone . Staff, and a staff shortage is expected.

Emergency self-reports focus more on the information provided by employees about their health. The publisher explained that the tool enables companies to automatically capture and combine data from employee reports for analysis and action.

By analyzing the meetings and workplaces of employees infected by the virus, the “Emergency Exposure Management” application is used to identify employees who may be sick.

The emergency response operation application for government agencies and communities provides a workflow for automating role assignment and resource activation during incident planning.
