American company Current serviceThe company focuses on cloud computing and recently released four applications that are designed to help governments and companies respond to requests faster through a new variant of the coronavirus (Covid-19).

The products that non-customers can use for free before September 30 are as follows:

  • Emergency response: The solution is based on the work between the company and the Washington State Department of Health, which can automatically perform role assignment and resource activation during the event planning process. With it, it is possible for administrators to manage emergency response resources and allocate and plan all relevant personnel in the project.
  • Emergency outreach: During a crisis, this workflow uses the Now Platform to help companies connect with employees to assess the impact. Employers can be contacted by e-mail to deliver information and security measures, or they can request a reply to confirm the safety and location of the employee. Employers can also use ServiceNow’s Now Mobile App to send notifications via mobile devices to receive feedback from employees.
  • Emergency self-report: This workflow can help employees inform their employers that they have been quarantined, when to return to work, and provide support for the employer’s workflow.
  • Emergency exposure management: When the company discovers that an employee has been diagnosed with a disease, this workflow will help them identify other people who may be exposed based on the employee’s meeting history and workplace.
