Wakefield Research conducted a “job survey” on ServiceNow in September. The survey subjects were 9,000 executives and employees in financial services, healthcare, telecommunications, manufacturing, and the public sector.

Enterprises innovate rapidly, but need to accelerate the pace

Method: Wakefield Research conducted an online quantitative survey of 900 C-level executives and 8,100 employees of companies with more than 8,500 employees in the following countries/regions from September 1 to September 10, 2020: United States, France, Germany, Ireland, the Netherlands, India, Japan, Singapore, Australia and New Zealand.
