ServiceNow-NL director wants to quadruple turnover

ServiceNow-NL

Commercial software provider ServiceNow has appointed Frank Beerlage (48 years old) as the Dutch country manager. In this position, he must transform the international growth strategy into a Dutch organization. Turnover will quadruple in four years, there will be a new channel strategy, and employees will focus on specific customer groups.

Beerlage replaced Leon de Werker who switched to VMware. The new country manager has previously worked for SAP and Teradata. Once ServiceNow’s turnover exceeds 1 billion U.S. dollars, Beerlage will begin operations and plans to reach 4 billion U.S. dollars in global turnover by 2020.

He told Computable that the growth goal of the Dutch organization is also to quadruple its turnover. He explained that in addition to ICT service management, the company also hopes to give more prominence to ICT services in order to improve processes such as human resources, financial and legal services. A channel plan was launched in which new partners and distributors will sell and implement solutions. Beerlage has seen major customers such as governments and banks shift from a secure cloud environment to ICT, and expects to grow in the next few years.

‘Our goal is to conduct business using the methods we use and communicate privately. For example, we are sending text messages more and more, but when we arrive at the office, it is suddenly sent via email again. ServiceNow focuses on systems that adjust work processes in ways that suit the way people use ICT at home. Beerlage said these arrows are aimed at small companies as well as large organizations such as governments and banks. The company also supports the use of apps to purchase services, such as Uber and Airbnb to deploy apps.

KPMG and KPMG

ServiceNow has established a European headquarters in the Netherlands with 350 employees, some of which also support other countries. The company has approximately 200 customers in the Netherlands. KPMG and KPN are examples of large Dutch customers.
