ServiceNow Partner Highmetric Transformed Itself As NewRocket

Highmetric, a ServiceNow Elite solution provider that was recently on an acquisition spree, changed itself as NewRocket, which took its name from one of those acquisitions.

The NewRocket story began in May when Highmetric, the former ServiceNow division of a larger solution provider called Highmetric, was acquired in late May by Gryphon Investors, a San Francisco -based private equity firm. The company maintains the Highmetric name.

At the same time, Gryphon also acquired Fishbone Analytics and Iceberg Networks and combined them with Highmetric to create what it calls the largest pure-play ServiceNow partner in the world.

Highmetric followed in September the acquisition of NewRocket, a San Diego -based solution provider focused on designing the user experience within the ServiceNow ecosystem and developing solutions that help simplify processes and deliver services. digital experience with global customers including Fortune 100 companies.

Those companies, along with a UK-based ServiceNow partner called Vorto acquired by Highmetric before Gryphon Investors entered, are now consolidated under the NewRocket brand, said Matt Stoyka, CEO of NewRocket , which continues to be based in San Diego.

Going forward, all of the company’s brands will retire except for the NewRocket name, Stoyka told CRN.

“The NewRocket brand is very compelling on the outside, as well as on the inside,” he said. “There is power and passion behind it. When we talk about our crew members and the mission, the brand tells a good story about our services for ServiceNow. We want to be the best partner for them. ”

When the company acquired NewRocket in September, the company realized it had something special, Stoyka said.

“When we saw how NewRocket created and delivered its message, we felt that was the best way to go,” he said. “And we’ve always intended to include under one banner.”

The rebranding came as NewRocket was investing heavily in its ServiceNow business, Stoyka said.

“We were recently awarded all four ServiceNow Workflow badges for IT, customer, employee and creative workflow,” he said. “We are one of only two ServiceNow-certified partners in the world to achieve all four.”

NewRocket in January also hired Chris Pope as its chief transformation officer, Stoyka said. Pope, who is based in the UK, is a nine -and -a -half -year veteran of ServiceNow and left the company in September as the company’s vice president of innovation.

“He is focused on innovation and on growing our presence in Europe,” he said.

NewRocket will also continue to acquire other solution providers with a focus on ServiceNow business partners, Stoyka said.

“We will continue to look at how we can grow the business both organically and inorganically,” he said. “We’ve done a great job of being a leading provider of multiple workforces to make the expansion of ServiceNow technology easy. For now, that will be our focus in procurement. I don’t want to refuse anything. But we are committed to being the best ServiceNow partner in the world. “
