Mumbai: Digital workflow company ServiceNow provides a cloud automation platform for IT services and other functions. The company said India is one of its fastest-growing markets, and more and more companies hope to digitally transform after the pandemic . The company is seeking to accelerate its business from India.

The company’s third-quarter financial results announced earlier this week were better than analysts’ expectations and were driven by subscription revenue growth.

Arun Balasubramanian, Managing Director of India and SAARC, said in a chat with ET: “India has always been one of ServiceNow’s fastest-growing markets, so we will continue to rapidly expand our customer base. At the same time, we are also expanding our business in the Indian development center. , This is the second largest development and research center in the world.”

Balasubramanian added that the company’s center in Hyderabad has also been providing services to customers around the world. “Since the past two years, ServiceNow has tripled the number of employees in India’s technical center, and the talent pool has provided more opportunities for global customers. More opportunities.”

He said that Indian companies in various industries such as telecommunications, banking, and manufacturing have already signed contracts on the ServiceNow platform to digitally transform operations and increase productivity.

In a survey recently released by the company (conducted by Wakefield Research), India became the country with the largest number of digital workflow tools (compared to other countries).

Indian companies use the least number of offline workflow tools, but tend to use digital tools.

Commenting on the survey, Balasubramanian said: “As many as 74% of Indian executives stated that their businesses continue to use offline workflows, which is the lowest among all other countries surveyed (89% in the US, 98% in the UK, 98% in Australia). Although this figure shows an increase in the adoption of digital workflows in India, there is clearly a lot of room to make better use of digital workflows.”

Companies surveyed include companies that employ more than 500 employees in vertical industries (such as telecommunications, banking, financial services, etc.).
