ServiceNow Secures Department of Health and Human Services Enterprise-Wide Contracts

ServiceNow to partner with Carahsoft to provide essential functionality for HHS applications, help optimize inventory and reduce waste

SANTA CLARA, Calif., October 06, 2022–(BUSINESS WIRE)–ServiceNow announced today that it has won an award, Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA), with the US Department of Health and Human Services (HHS), part of the US General Services Administration (GSA). The agreement is in partnership with Carahsoft Technology Corp., The Trusted Government IT Solutions Provider®and has an estimated cost of $250 million for a five-year performance period, through 2027.

Under the agreement, Carahsoft will provide ServiceNow Technology Workflows, Customer Workflows, Employee Workflows, and Creator Workflows to enable critical functionality for multiple HHS applications, and help HHS optimize inventory and reduce waste.

ServiceNow’s scalable solutions can help HHS simplify ordering and shorten procurement times. A Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) can also streamline the process of obtaining (and predictable pricing) ServiceNow licenses for application owners within the Department of Health and Human Services.
