Servicenow sees a sharp drop in losses

Servicenow

US IT provider Servicenow achieved a turnover of $2.6 billion in fiscal year 2018. This is an increase of 36% compared to the previous year ($1.9 billion). The company is still marking the red number below the row. This is a net loss of $26.7 million. This is much better than in previous years, because Servicenow still lost $149 million in 2017. This can be clearly seen from the annual figures.

Servicenow provides IT solutions to improve the company’s IT, HR, security and CMS. In recent years, it has been at a loss. However, it seems that this loss is gradually reducing. For example, a loss of US$451.8 million in 2016 and a loss of US$149 million in 2017. Last fiscal year 2018, Servicenow reduced its net loss to US$26.7 million.

From the perspective of $2.6 billion in revenue, $2.4 billion comes from subscriptions. The company will realize the remaining US$187 million from its professional services. From the company’s operating area, two-thirds of its revenue comes from the United States. The Europe, Middle East and Africa (emea) region accounts for a quarter of the turnover. The remaining 9% are from the Asia-Pacific region.
